3 Phases of Care
1. Online Preparation You begin with online sessions with a licensed psychologist. We assess your psychological and physical condition, provide motivation, and build trust. You'll receive a clear explanation of each stage of the detox process, and we'll create a personalized plan based on your specific type of addiction, history, and readiness.

2. Detox in a Safe Environment The detox phase may take place at your home or in a temporary safe location, depending on your needs and safety. You'll receive medical support to manage withdrawal symptoms (like anxiety, insomnia, tremors), and regular visits from a nurse and/or social worker. Psychological support continues throughout detox to help you manage emotions, cravings, and moments of doubt.
3. Online Aftercare After detox You continue therapy online with your psychologist. We focus on emotional stabilization, relapse prevention, and processing underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. This phase includes long-term planning, support groups, and tools to help you rebuild a fulfilling life — one step at a time.
